Next on our tour is the second of the 4 buildings
The Studio was built in 1995 by a master craftsman. There are two generous rooms upstairs, perfect for guest space or treatment rooms or meditation space. The main floor offers an office/kitchen, bathroom, pottery room or art space, and a creatively designed meeting space for many purposes such as curriculum delivery, yoga, or performance. There is a full basement with a large sauna, a dark room, bathroom & 2 showers, another space for gallery or studio use, plus 2 root cellars and generous storage.
Next on our tour is the third of the 4 buildings
The Office is a 15 X 20 building located separately from the guesthouse and studio, and convenient for administration and public purposes without disturbing the ambience of retreat.
Last stop on our tour is the fourth building "photo coming soon" There is also a 12 X 20 art building, a kiln shed, and large garden sheds adjacent to the studio building
Located half-way between Vancouver and Calgary , The Green House is nestled into an unspoiled and magnificent valley lying along the US border directly north of Spokane, Washington . Christina Lake is the warmest tree-lined lake in Beautiful British Columbia, its 12 miles curving among the mountains and into Provincial Park . This is a natural paradise, near a favorite ski resort in Rossland, cross-country skiing, and 2 golf courses. Our rivers provide some of the best kayaking in the world, and our nearest neighbor Wildways rents kayaks, canoes, and mountain bikes. Our neighbors are Durands Nursery and Wildways, the eco-tourism shop. Wildways and the Durands Nursery is also for sale.
In the past years I have been living in Vancouver , BC , and have simply rented the space to tenants. Now it is time to sell this beautiful and beloved place to its next owners. Because the business has not been operating, the price is for the property and contents. It is fully equipped and ready to run a retreat the day after you buy it!
